48"x21" Raw Limestone Rockwall Cast
This raw cast is the one I use to cut custom sizes. For those who's design requires a unique shape or size, this the go-to mold I use.
Max size is ~48" long by ~19-21" tall.

These rock textured backgrounds don't take up much depth but can greatly change the look of any enclosure. Each style was originally molded from a rock face found in the field chosen for it's unique detail. If you look closely you can see a few fossil shells that were in some of the limestone molds.
Each mold was designed to fit as close to the exact internal dimensions of the aquarium/enclosure as possible to avoid animals getting behind it or leaving a gap. This required the casting materials to be flexible to get past the plastic trim, something rigid backgrounds can't always do. There are three material options available to fit your animal and budget requirements. You can see more info on these material differences on the Material Options page. There is also a wide array of colors available and can be seen on the Color Options page.

This series was molded from a dry stream bed in San Antonio, Tx using Exhibit-Mold. I made multiple casts, cut them to size, remolded them, and now offer this flat textured rock background in various common terrarium/aquarium sizes. I feel the Flexible Resin and the Polyresin looks the best.

This series was originally molded using Exhibit-Mold at Pedernales Falls State Park in Johnson City, Tx. The limestone boulders that line the primary falls have large cuts and grooves in them and have quite a bit of unique textures.

This series was originally molded using Exhibit-Mold at Pedernales Falls State Park in Johnson City, Tx. The limestone is cut away by the violent flash floods that carry rocks and debris downstream causing a diverse mixture between smooth rock due to the water action and cuts/crevices from the rock on rock. There is a small shell fossil that can be found in this mold that was exposed on the rock's surface.
